Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Ryan Kotzebue, the developer of Flexy ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

The app

Flexy gives you daily stretching routines. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's standard EULA. You must be at least 13 years old to use Flexy.

Your health

Flexy is for general fitness and information only. It is not medical advice, and we are not doctors or personal trainers. Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have an injury or health condition.

Stretch within your limits. Stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You use Flexy at your own risk, and results differ from person to person.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Our content

The routines, videos, images, audio, and other content in Flexy belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or redistribute them.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it, and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, and continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
