Privacy Policy

Flexy gives you daily stretching routines. This page explains what data the app uses and why, in plain language.

The short version

• We collect only what Flexy needs to build your routines and track your progress.
• No ads. We never sell your data.
• You can delete your account from the app at any time.

What we collect

• Your answers from setup: your name, approximate age, how many hours a day you sit, your goals, and when you like to stretch. We use them to pick your routines.
• Your stretching history: the routines you finish, when, and your streaks and totals.
• Feedback you send: ratings and any comments on a routine.
• Your email, only if you choose Sign in with Apple. Apple may give us a private relay address instead of your real one.
• Usage data: which screens you see and features you use, so we can improve the app.
• A notification token, if you allow notifications, so we can send you stretch reminders.

Accounts

When you start, Flexy makes an anonymous account for you, with no name or email attached. If you sign in with Apple, your history is saved to that account so you can pick it up on another device.

Who we share it with

Flexy uses two service providers to run the app:

• Google Firebase, to store your account and history, and for analytics. See Firebase's privacy information.
• RevenueCat, to manage subscriptions. Purchases themselves go through Apple; we never see your payment details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

We don't share your data with anyone else, except when the law requires it.

Deleting your account

Delete your account any time in Settings. Your account is deleted 10 days later; sign in again before then to cancel. Your name, email, and setup answers are erased. Your stretching history is kept without anything that identifies you, to help us improve Flexy.

Children

Flexy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
