My favorite out of dozens

I’ve downloaded dozens of stretching and workout apps trying to find what I like, what I can stick with, what makes me excited. What’s reasonable to fit into my day. I downloaded this while sick and despite not feeling well I’ve enjoyed so much that I find myself WANTING to do it despite being exhausted and achy. It’s so easy to follow. It’s soothing and relaxing. By the end I feel loose and open and fluid. It’s not flashy, it’s not gimicky. It’s a clean, simple layout. Minimalist. I hope more content is added as time goes on, but really, other than a desire for more content because I love it, the minimal design is still attractive but it makes it so easy to navigate, to follow stretches, and to relax into those holds without being distracted by anything extraneous. And the videos are all right around a very reasonable 20 minutes, which I can fit in after my kids are asleep and before I crash into bed, myself. By far my favorite app like this so far.

2020s most necessary app

All I can really say is that I wish I would have downloaded this app when quarantine / stay at home started this year. I already have a bad back from years of sports and sitting at my dining room table that I’ve turned into my work desk with work from home has only made my back and hip flexers worse and more tight. In addition, it’s so easy to get zoned into working when it’s being done from home so this app is an amazing way to step away for 10-15 minutes and get my body moving. I feel mentally and physically better having this app as apart of my daily routine and can’t recommend it enough. It’s only a few dollars/month and I would pay way more for this app knowing it’s value to my day-to-day life.

Soothing

I wish I had this app earlier, I’m a cheerleader and have been needing a stretching app. If you are a an athlete that has a worn down back I would recommend this for you. This app is so soothing unlike a lot of apps it pushes you but to your level. It tells you why you’re doing the stretch and how it helps your back. it’s not like one of those apps that’s telling you what you’re doing it’s an app that tells you what you’re gonna be doing and you get to pick what parts of your body you wanna stretch.
